Craving for Salmon at this very moment!

I'm a greedy pig I know. I keep talking about food since the yusheng from the last entry. BUT, at this very moment in the office, where I'm alone, my brain kept twirling and thinking and craving about salmon sashimi. Juicy, tender, fresh raw salmon dip in soya sauce, ahhhhhhhhh! 人间美味 ! Last saturday after watching Phantom of the Opera at Esplanade, I went dinner with Delia and Karen at Sun With Moon (keep mixing up with Taiwan's Sun Moon Lake日月潭 ) in Wheelock Orchard, the sashimi there was very fresh and tender. Gosh how i wish I can have10 slices right now, hehe!

I know I'm supposed to be on diet, cos even my parents are doing name calling on me, 肥妹! But I just can't resist good food. I have been on lack of sashimi for the past two years in London cos its really expensive to eat sashimi in London. I remember I generously treated my cousin from Oxford a japanese lunch when she came to visit me in london last year, gosh, it cost me coughingly 50pounds (abtS$150). S$150 I can eat 50 slices of sashimi here.

Side track a bit. Been wanting to watch Phantom of the Opera ever since, cos I am very into the music and story. I have the CD for 10yrs+ that i hear every once awhile ever since,Ii read the book, I watch the movie, I even sang the song in the KTV (the MV was crappy trust me), haha! Luckily the glass didn't break. I still haven't watch the actual play since last saturday. FINALLY, i watched it. People been asking me why didn't i catch it in London. The reason is, they have been playing for the past bloody 18yrs+, from big theatre to small theatre. David said its kinda sad and crappy props they presented when he watched. So i decided to keep my money for good plays like Guys and Dolls and ballet performances. If I'm not wrong this crew came from NY, very exciting stage display and performances. And the conductor was a female, not bad huh, usually its guys I see conducting. Well worth every penny, they are here till May, some of you who are interested should go watch it.
