Kimberlyn's niche: My party, my new career, too long not writing here!

Been gone for ages. Been working hard and playing hard, so no time blogging, hurhurhur! Just started work 2 months in a carpet company. Yess designing carpets. Its a niche market but i taken it as a point its still textile designing. We will see how I fair in interior side, hee, :p!

Just host a dessert lunch party with a couple of gal friends. Some of them are ex colleagues, seniors, ex roommate, ex classmates. 1 thing in common, we are in Fashion . Yeah baby! But I'm am sort of half step away from it now.

Gosh I slept only 3hrs after chionging with tan and her friends. Drank a few glasses of champagne and chivas mix and dancing, took a panadol in the morning in order to be able to cook.

Elaine, Layc, Dulcy, Delia, Bert, Celine attended my party yesterday on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Well..., everyone was fashionably late of cos. As predicted. This is why i set it as 12pm so these ladies will at least crawl in b4 1.30pm. Dulcy was the latest so we punished her to wash up everything, haha! Poor dulcy, she did more work actually, cos there was so much plates and glasses.

The girls helped to do the finishing while i took my shower after cooking. Layc and bert put too much until we cannot stir the sauce, haha! I know its not a friendly display but nice mah!

The factory line, displaying the strawberries mudpie pancakes. Layc laid the pancakes, dee putting the fruits on it, bert passed to me, I placed the mud pie and dripped the chocolate on it, yumsss!

Yeah, we finished all the food! nothing was wasted! This is what I wanted, to cook for a party and not waste anything.

Went Shanghai and Qingdao last month for work. Met up with Daniele and also Daniel for the first time. Daniel gave me the recipe of the smoothie that I have been longing for since the days in london, tesco smoothies, yumms! which I make now regularly for family and friends. Gd beverage for pai du! great for constipation! haha!

So good to meet up with Daniele, it felt like we were in London, the feeling was so weird. hahah. He brought me shopping and dinners. I stayed over their lovely apartment for a night. Also met Daniele's friend, think her name is Anna and celebrate her bday on my last night in Shanghai.
